Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Data Analytics / BI professionals with solid expertise in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and operational reporting. The selected candidates will work with the existing Credo team to strengthen operational reporting, generate performance insights, and improve data governance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate operational reports and interactive dashboards.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop, track, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Build and optimize dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, validation, and quality across reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
- Support business stakeholders with regular performance reports and analytical insights.
- Contribute to data governance, reporting standards, and process improvements.

Required Skills
- 46 years of experience in Data Analytics,



Business Intelligence, or Operational Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in KPI development and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience in dashboard development and automation.
- Knowledge of data quality management and data validation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in operational reporting and business intelligence.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.
