We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business intelligence efforts across our e-commerce and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with datasets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product and pricing strategies
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
- Interpret data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to track KPIs and optimize e-commerce processes
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning through data modeling
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and internal systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business,



or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficient in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
