Required Qualifications

- 5-7years of hands-on development experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform (Retail/Commerce).

- 5+ years specifically focused on D365 Commerce POS development and customization.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Deep understanding of D365 Retail POS architecture, including:

- Retail Server

- Commerce Runtime (CRT)

- Cloud POS (CPOS) / Modern POS (MPOS) development and configuration.

- Robust programming experience in C#, with the ability to build and extend CPOS/MPOS applications.

- Proficiency with:

- WCF / Web APIs

- TypeScript, Knockout.js

- Integration with third-party APIs

- Familiarity with ASP.NET, .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, or ReactJS.

- Working knowledge of REST APIs (GET, PUT,



POST operations).

- Experience in Azure Development, Azure Kubernetes Services, and SQL Server (writing stored procedures, SQL Jobs, SSIS, SSRS).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Nice to Have / Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript or AngularJS for POS front-end customization.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certifications.

- Functional knowledge of Commerce modules and their integration with other Finance and Operations components.
