As a D365 Functional Consultant at Bryka, you will play a critical role in the implementation and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 solutions across various modules, including HR, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance &

- Operations (F&O;). You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.

Your responsibilities will include end-to-end implementation of the D365 modules, conducting workshops, providing training, and delivering ongoing support to ensure that our clients derive maximum value from their D365 investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of D365 modules such as HR, SCM, and F&O.;
- Configure D365 modules according to business needs and ensure seamless integration between different modules.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Provide ongoing support and system enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 features and functionalities to recommend improvements to clients.

Skills and Tools Required

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, especially HR, SCM, and Finance &
- Operations.




- Proven experience in end-to-end D365 implementation and configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
- Knowledge of best practices in process optimization and change management.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
