Skills required – Troubleshooting and minor fixes on PING Federate and Access, OKTA, User Access management

ITIL process knowledge. Incident management, Problem management, Service request, Change Management.

Secondary Skills required – Symantec Endpoint / Cisco Secured Endpoint, SailPoint

Scripting skills – PowerShell scripting and automation

Active Directory –

Perform user access and password management. Troubleshoot user account lock outs.

SSL Certificate management –

SSL certificate creation (Certificate replacements or corrections, renewals before expiration, current certificate creation internal and external) Installing certificate on Servers and Load balancer.

Managing Certificate inventory.

Troubleshoot SSL certificate issues.

CyberArk Password Vault –

Password vault Safe access management Storing passwords for Service accounts and SSL certificates,

Password vault Admin access management.

Maintain Password vault user licenses count.

Troubleshooting access issues.

Symantec Endpoint protection –

Monitoring SEP Risk on user computers and Network Threats. SEP version controlling.

Performing malware remediations.

Service Account and SFTP account creations –

Create Service Account and vault passwords to Vault Create SFTP accounts and vault passwords to Vault.
