We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customs Coordinator to join our growing logistics team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will be the backbone of our cross-border operations, ensuring that commercial freight moves seamlessly between Canada and the United States.Because we support real-time North American trucking operations, this position operates on a night shift that tracks North American business hours. The standard shift is 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, but candidates must be flexible as the timing will occasionally adjust by an hour (earlier or later) throughout the year to align with North American Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes.If you have hands-on experience tracking PAPS/PARS barcodes and submitting eManifests, we want to hear from you.Core Responsibilities

- Manage Pre-Arrival Paperwork: Process and audit PAPS (Pre-Arrival Processing System) and PARS (Pre-Arrival Review System) documentation to ensure smooth border crossings.

- Submit eManifests: Accurately upload and manage ACE Manifests (for US entry) and ACI Manifests (for Canadian entry) through customs portals.

- Live Shipment Tracking: Proactively track cross-border truckloads, monitoring status updates from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

- Resolve Border Holds:



Immediately troubleshoot and resolve rejected manifests, customs delays, or border paperwork discrepancies.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between truck drivers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to prevent transit delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience in North American logistics, customs brokerage, or cross-border transport support.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of PAPS, PARS, ACE, and ACI processes is strictly required.

- Shift Flexibility: Must be fully comfortable working a night shift schedule that dynamically adjusts by an hour (e.g., 5:30 PM–2:30 AM or 6:30 PM–3:30 AM) to match North American time changes.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with North American drivers and customs officials.

- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
