1. Job Purpose

The Customer Support Executive – Inside Sales will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, generating sales leads, converting potential customers into business opportunities, and maintaining robust customer relationships through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Customer Support & Query Handling

- Handle incoming customer calls, inquiries, and requests professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.

B. Inside Sales & Lead Conversion

- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations and share product details with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
