Role Description The Customer Support Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with bookings, ride changes, and general service information.

The professional will handle service-related issues, coordinate with operations and drivers to resolve concerns, and ensure timely updates to customers regarding their rides. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, monitoring customer feedback, and working to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.



The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries and ensure a positive rider experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport, and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot basic app or booking issues and interpret customer data and feedback.
- Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Gurugram, handle fast-paced environments, and use CRM or ticketing tools confidently.
