Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Duties: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally Process orders, quotations, and follow-upsResolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure Coordinate with sales and production teams for order status updates Maintain customer records and documentation Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships Inventory Management Duties:
