Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls/Chat/Mail.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer support experience preferred, with experience documented on paper.
- Language: Excellent Hindi communication skills and good English communication skills.
- Joining: Immediate joiners only.
- Work Location: Work from office, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: 27,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary: Approximately 21,700 per month

Working Details:

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Shift Timing: General Shift
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
