The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with event details, bookings, pricing, timelines, and services. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.



Maintain customer service logs and CRM records. Follow up after events to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements 13 years of experience in customer service, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace. Ability to handle urgent situations calmly and professionally. Customer-first attitude with a positive, solution-oriented approach. Graduate in any discipline.
