Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, solid customer-handling abilities, and experience in handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Communicate with international customers in fluent English.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
- Work in rotational UK and US shifts as per business requirements.

Shift Timings
- UK Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST.
- US Shift: Start time between 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST, with end times between 3:30 AM – 6:30 AM IST, depending on the assigned shift.

Transportation Facility
- Free two-way cab facility provided.
- Candidates must reside within a 25 km radius of the respective office location.





Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

- 1–7 years of experience in an International Voice Process is preferred/mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Freshers may also apply if they meet the specified educational and communication requirements.

Educational Qualification:

- Freshers: Any non-engineering graduate with no active backlogs. Engineering graduates are not eligible.
- Experienced Candidates: Any graduate, diploma holder, or PUC (12th pass).

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with international customers.

Additional Requirements:

- Immediate joiners only.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational UK and US shifts.
- Must possess original educational certificates.
- Experienced candidates must provide relieving letters and experience letters from all previous employers.
