We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates with excellent Hindi communication skills who can handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide professional customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in Hindi. Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general enquiries. Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.

Coordinate with service partners regarding assignments, delays, and service updates. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication. Eligibility &





Requirements Fluent Hindi speaking skills are mandatory.

Basic

English communication skills. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to handle customer calls patiently and professionally. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good time management and multitasking skills. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills Previous experience in customer support, BPO, or voice process is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM or customer support software. Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
