Job location: remote (WFH)

Salary:16k to 18k (on first onboarding you will get 10k, after which you will work on an incentive basis. You will receive 3,000 upon on boarding.)

Key Responsibilities

- Source, attract, and hire top

Responsibilities Of Candidates Include

- Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Service.
- Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In The App.
- Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Referrals.
- Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team Members.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistent loads.




- Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.
- Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and teamwork skills

Salary Details :-

On first onboarding 10,000

After which you will work on incentive basis.
