SALARY – IMPORTANT

- Freshers: ₹25,000 in-hand per month
- Experienced Candidates: 20% hike on previous salary
- Maximum salary: Up to ₹33,000 in-hand per month
- ? Key Requirements
- Must be fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills
- Must have positive customer support knowledge and a customer-first approach
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally via calls, chat & email
- Good problem-solving skills, empathy and patience




- Basic understanding of CRM/customer support tools is preferred
- Prior experience in Customer Support/Customer Experience is an advantage

? Role Responsibilities* You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries related to memberships, bookings, payments and app usage, resolving concerns efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction (CSAT), and escalating complex issues when required.
