: Customer Support Associate (US Voice Process)

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our US voice process. You will handle calls with US customers, resolve their queries, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from US customers in a professional, empathetic manner
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions or escalate when needed
- Meet targets for quality, AHT (average handle time), CSAT and attendance
- Document call details accurately in the CRM
- Follow company policies, compliance and data privacy guidelines
- Work with team leads and QA to improve performance

Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate; freshers with excellent communication are welcome




- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and good listening skills
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Good problem-solving and active-listening skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers
- Candidates from Nagercoil, Kanyakumari and Trivandrum (with own commute or relocation) can apply

Good to Have
- Prior experience in a US voice process (customer service, tech support, collections or sales)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
