We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Coach to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Madhya Pradesh, or Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and service, particularly within the international voice process and BPO sectors. As a Customer Support Coach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our customer service representatives by providing guidance, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing customer support representatives to improve their skills in handling inbound and outbound calls, chat processes, and email support.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service agents, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their effectiveness.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with best practices in customer support and service.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement within the customer support team and implement strategies to address these areas.




- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages team members to excel in their roles.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in international customer support and service, particularly in voice processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with various customer support channels, including inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
