Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate – MD Team to manage and strengthen relationships with doctors, drivedoctor engagement, referrals, and business growth. The role requires strong communication,relationship-building, follow-up, and ownership of assigned doctors.

Doctor Management & Relationship Building

● Manage relationships with assigned doctors and key stakeholders.

● Build strong, long-term relationships to drive engagement and referrals.

● Conduct regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with doctors.

● Understand doctor requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

● Drive doctor acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

● Identify opportunities to strengthen doctor partnerships and generate business.

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and issue resolution.

● Maintain regular MIS and track doctor engagement,



referrals, and individual targets.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in Doctor Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, Key AccountManagement, or similar roles.

● Healthcare/hospital experience preferred.

● Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

● Target-oriented with strong follow-up and ownership.

● Valuable Excel/MIS skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
