Customer Support Executive required at an Agro Export Organisation located at Mumbai Central.

Candidates with experience in customer handling, telecalling, payment follow-ups and order coordination preferred.

Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM

JD:

- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and pending orders.
- Coordinate for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer databases, call records and order details.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Assist in routine administrative and coordination activities.

Salary - Rs 25,000 per month
