Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Finance Service Desk Associate . The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle finance-related queries and provide timely support.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve finance-related queries received through calls, emails, or other support channels.
- Provide timely assistance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding finance-related processes.
- Understand, analyze, and address queries related to financial transactions, invoices, payments, and other finance operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of customer interactions and query resolutions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues within defined timelines.
- Follow established processes, service standards,



and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective query resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts is an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Solid willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Shift & Work Requirements

- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Flexibility to work night shifts is mandatory.
- Candidates must be clearly informed about the rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, during the initial screening process.
- Only candidates willing to work in rotational and night shifts should be considered.
