Job OverviewWe are looking for customer-focused and communication-oriented professionals to join our US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing assistance, resolving service-related concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for US healthcare-related queries.
- Assist customers with healthcare service-related information and general enquiries.
- Address customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update interaction details in the system.
- Follow communication protocols, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely query resolution.




- Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments whenever required.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience – Voice Process only.
- Prior customer service or international voice process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Customer-centric attitude and willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Shift & Work Details
- Working Hours: 24/7 operations.
- Shift: Rotational shifts.
- Weekly Off: Rotational offs.
- Transportation: No cab facility provided.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
