About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an online retail and e-commerce busineses solution

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats & emails
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds & payments
- Update customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Maintain quality, productivity & customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication





✅ Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

✅ Positive typing speed (30 WPM preferred)

✅ Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, email & chat platforms

✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
