- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with premium and luxury car customers.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
- Handle customer escalations, feedback and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate with sales, service, detailing and operations teams.
- Manage customer follow-ups, appointments and service reminders.
- Oversee vehicle delivery experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI and premium clientele.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and service quality.
- Lead and guide the customer relations team.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management,



preferably in luxury automotive, premium hospitality or high-end retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualified grooming and polished personality.
- Ability to handle premium and HNI customers.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer management processes.

COMPENSATION

Salary: As per industry norms, based on experience and suitability.
