We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented junior team member to support our Australian online uniform and workwear business.

Your duties will include

- Processing online orders and checking product codes, colours, sizes and quantities.
- Checking stock availability and following up with suppliers.
- Updating order records, delivery timeframes and outstanding items.
- Responding to customer emails about orders, stock availability and delivery.
- Coordinating embroidery requirements and artwork approvals with our Australian team.
- Following up delayed orders and keeping customers informed.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing assigned tasks in Trello.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Good written English and transparent communication skills.




- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- The ability to follow procedures and manage several orders at once.
- Initiative to identify issues, follow up and ask for help when needed.
- Reliability and a willingness to learn.

Previous experience in customer service, administration or online order processing is welcome but not essential. Training will be provided. Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
