Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Experience: 1–2 Years

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off

Qualification: Graduate

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Interview: Walk-in / Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.

✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Maintain high First Call Resolution (FCR) and customer retention.

✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

✅ Update customer information and tickets in CRM/Excel.

Required Skills

Experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Care, or Technical Support.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of upselling and cross-selling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
