Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the position of Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling inbound and outbound voice processes, resolving customer queries, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Candidates with experience in the BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or Customer Support industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound voice processes.
- Manage customer relationships and focus on customer retention.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent service experience.
- Maintain visibility and updates across the customer service pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Promote organizational services and products.




- Achieve assigned service delivery targets and maintain performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in BPO / Customer Service.
- Mandatory experience in both inbound and outbound voice processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services is preferred.
