Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives for our VIP Lite process. Candidates should have at least 1 year of recent customer service experience and good Marathi communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Adhere to process guidelines and service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria




- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent customer service experience.
- Language: Marathi communication is mandatory.
- Age Limit: 21–37 years.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.

Salary & Benefits
- In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
- PF benefits.
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.

Shift Timings Candidates should be comfortable working in either of the following shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- General/Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
