– Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide product information, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, pricing, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update enquiry details in the system.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in customer follow-ups and service-related activities.
- Prepare daily customer enquiry and service reports.

Required Qualifications
- Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and Email).

Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in Customer Service / Tele calling / Front Office will be an added advantage.
