Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist based in or near Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling sales queries, customer relationship management, and commercial service coordination.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and drive commercial sales conversions via calls and meetings.
- Manage client relationships, explain commercial service packages, and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Follow up with leads, generate sales pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call records and updates in CRM systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Sales, or Customer Support/Service.




- Location: Must reside in Bangalore (Preference for candidates staying in or near Sarjapur Road, HSR Layout, Bellandur, or Marathahalli).
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in at least 3 of the following languages:

- Kannada
- English
- Telugu
- Tamil
