Sales Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products/services to customers Identify new business opportunities through leads and referrals Achieve assigned sales targets Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers 3.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints,



and service requests efficiently Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes Ensure timely resolution of customer issues Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction 4.
