Key Responsibilities
- Followup with customers regarding service vehicles
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Support customer activities and improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Condinates the activities of CRE's
