To drive life insurance/Investment business through direct customer acquisition, lead generation, relationship management and sales conversion while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, references and lead generation. Generate business by promoting suitable life insurance products to prospective customers. Meet customers, understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets, including premium and policy issuance targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing, documentation and issuance. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines and ethical sales practices. Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records and daily activity updates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
