Job Role:

- Handling complete CRM process - Pre-sales to Post-sales
- Lead management, allocation & timely follow-ups
- Coordinating with Sales, Marketing & Legal team
- Customer query handling, site visit coordination & closure support

- Managing CRM software
- Handling customer documentation, Agreement, Registration support
- Post-sales customer relationship, collections & handover support
- Team handling & preparing daily/weekly MIS reports

Mandatory:

- 5+ Years experience as CRM Lead / Manager in Real Estate Industry
- Kannada Mandatory (Read, Write, Speak) - Must handle local customers
- Excellent communication & customer handling skills
- Knowledge of real estate sales process & documentation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
