Duties and responsibilities of CRM ;

Recruiting and handling marketing executives at least 10 members follow up with customers regarding quotations and AMC promoting and supporting the executives collect customer feedback and monitor customer satisfaction manage and maintain customer relationships and customer satisfaction manage and maintain customer relationships and customer records ensure accurate and timely reporting to the head office coordinate with the marketing, operations, and service teams regarding customer requirements if you are intrested apply with your updated resume
