- MOONSTRUCK is a fashion and clothing brand focused on delivering a great shopping experience to our customers. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented CRM Executive who can manage customer queries, handle calls and chats, and assist with day-to-day Shopify backend operations.

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Manage customer queries through WhatsApp, live chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product-related queries.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update customer information in CRM tools.
- Have basic knowledge of CRM platforms and customer support tools.
- Manage basic Shopify backend operations, including checking orders, tracking shipments, updating order details, and handling cancellations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer relationship management.
- Basic working knowledge of Shopify backend.
- Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and customer queries.
- Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.




- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands will be preferred.
- Experience in handling Shopify orders and customer support is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
