Role: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities

- Communicate organizational details and explain services to potential customers.
- Provide information about clients and address customer queries.
- Collect customer details, including name and address, and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers responding to advertisements.
- Follow up with customers through calls and emails to maintain engagement.
- Maintain regular reports and support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions,



and other organizational activities.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to initiate conversations.
- Flexibility and willingness to take up responsibilities.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
