The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

1. Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

- Build and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.

- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.

- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and services.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Collect customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
