Customer Care Executive
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Executive with good English communication skills to handle customer queries and provide excellent support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
