Why this role exists?

Students reach out to us confused about what to learn and where it will take them. You'll be the person who listens, understands their goal and points them to the right program. When it's a valuable match, you help them enroll.

A typical day

- Reach out to prospective students through social media, referrals and networking




- Talk to them about their career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course benefits and outcomes without overselling
- Follow up regularly and keep conversations going until the student decides
- Close enrollments and work towards your monthly targets
- Share lead insights with the marketing team so campaigns improve
- Log every lead and conversation accurately in our records
- Keep an eye on what other EdTech players are offering

You might be a good fit if you

- Communicate clearly and are comfortable negotiating
- Like targets and take ownership of your numbers
- Have (or are finishing) a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar. Preferred, not mandatory
- Have used a CRM before. Helpful, not required
- Are a fresher with strong communication skills. You are very welcome here
