Summary

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with strategic business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance.

Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality standards are prioritized throughout the project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Migrate critical systems to Azure Cloud.
- Analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and develop software components as defined by the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Test unit and integration of components for integration into larger subsystems.
- Resolve high-priority defects and deploy fixes to production systems.




- Make sure that produced code is secure, stable and operational before deploying to production.
- Collaborate with other global IT teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Investment Banking.
- Must have strong knowledge of core Java.
- Must have clean coding and refactoring skills with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Must have knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum).
- Must have proficiency in relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle or Sybase.
- Should have experience with Java multithreading libraries and techniques, modern development tools and RESTful web services.
- Should have hands-on experience designing and building solutions on major cloud systems providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Should have experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices development.
- Should have expertise in algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
- Should have experience with distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Should have end to end web application development experience.
- Should have positive knowledge of HTML5, global transaction management, Unix.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
