- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align software solutions with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing service-oriented architecture solutions.
- Experience in managing and optimizing middleware components for seamless integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability considerations in enterprise software environments.
- Skilled in guiding teams through best practices in software development and deployment.

Additional Information
