As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. The lead also continuously monitors project progress and adapts strategies to maintain alignment with evolving objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of middleware technologies and their integration with custom software solutions.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and maintainable software architectures.
