Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), Certification Management, Discovery and Integration Expertise.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration within IT service management environments.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
