- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom applications using low-code platforms.
- Ability to integrate various system components and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software performance to meet quality standards.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
