- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B; Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
- Experience with integration techniques and middleware solutions to connect diverse systems effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop cutting-edge, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of software components within large-scale environments.
- Competence in using version control systems and collaborative development tools to maintain code quality and team coordination.
