The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including migrating existing business processes, integrations, and data into Dynamics 365 while ensuring a seamless transition, optimized functionality, and long-term platform scalability.

- Analyse existing CRM architecture, data model, workflows, and business processes.

- Gather and translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Design, configure, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

- Hands on in data migration from legacy CRM to Dynamics 365 ensuring data quality and integrity

- Develop integrations with internal and external applications using APIs and Azure services.

- Implement lead management, chance management, and B2B sales workflows.

- Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live enhancements.

Ensure CRM security, scalability, performance, and best practices.
