Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and Excel-proficient CRM Executive to manage and maintain doctor-wise CRM data, secondary sales reports, field-force reporting and sales-related MIS. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry, monitoring CRM activities, and generating reports to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management

- Maintain and update doctor-wise CRM data.
- Ensure accurate entry of doctor names, specialities, locations, HQs, and contact details.
- Monitor and verify daily doctor visit reports submitted by Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Track doctor coverage, call average, productivity and visit frequency.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate doctor records.

1. Secondary Sales Management

- Collect and maintain monthly secondary sales data from the sales team.
- Maintain product-wise, party-wise and HQ-wise secondary sales records.
- Follow up with RSMs, ZSMs, and field staff for pending reports.
- Verify data accuracy and prepare consolidated secondary sales reports.

1. Excel & MIS Reporting

- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain Doctor sales trackers, doctor coverage reports, and performance dashboards.
- Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, and IF.
- Prepare zone-wise, HQ-wise and product-wise CRM analytical reports.

1. Data Monitoring & Coordination

- Coordinate with RSMs, ZSMs and MRs for timely data submission.
- Monitor CRM data completion and reporting compliance.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Highlight discrepancies and share reports with management.

Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Good understanding of CRM.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales data management.
- Knowledge of doctor database management.
- Understanding of primary and secondary sales.
- Strong data accuracy and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in a pharmaceutical company will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable handling large volumes of Excel data.
- Should be capable of independently managing CRM and secondary sales MIS.
- Must have good follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
