We're looking for a proactive, creative, and highly dependable individual to work closely with a leading digital creator as her day-to-day right hand.

This is a energetic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys content creation, travel, planning, and being part of the creative process. You'll work closely with the creator, assist with shoots and daily activities, help develop content ideas, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The role combines personal assistance, content support, research, scripting, shoot coordination, and travel. Some days will be spent creating content on location, while others will involve working remotely on research, planning, and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & On-Ground Support

- Accompany the creator during shoots, outings, events, brand collaborations, and work-related travel.
- Actively participate in creating content, including filming behind-the-scenes footage, capturing candid moments, and assisting with reels, vlogs, and other social media formats.
- Help execute content ideas and ensure shoots run smoothly.
- Be comfortable appearing in content when required and mutually agreed upon.

2. Research, Ideation & Scripting

- Research trends, viral formats, creators, locations, and content opportunities.
- Assist with brainstorming ideas, writing scripts, developing hooks, and planning upcoming content.
- Prepare references, shot lists, and content plans ahead of shoots.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends and evolving digital content formats.

3. Personal Assistance & Daily Coordination

- Manage schedules, appointments, shoot timings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day coordination.
- Help organise daily activities and ensure the creator is prepared for upcoming commitments.
- Handle practical tasks and last-minute requirements related to shoots, travel, and work.
- Anticipate requirements, solve problems independently,



and keep things organised.

4. Travel & Shoot Management

- Travel with the creator whenever required for shoots, events, collaborations, or other professional commitments.
- Assist with itineraries, bookings, packing checklists, shoot essentials, and on-location coordination.
- Adapt to changing schedules and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

5. Remote Work & Planning

- When not required on location, work remotely on research, scripting, content planning, scheduling, and other assigned tasks.
- Maintain organised records of ideas, references, schedules, and upcoming deliverables.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and provide timely updates on progress.
