Healthus.ai is a healthcare growth agency. We help hospital networks, clinic chains, funded health start-ups, pharma companies and wellness brands in India and abroad turn attention into appointments.

We're looking for a designer who can make healthcare look human and trustworthy, and never clinical or dull. You should care whether your ad got clicks and your landing page got bookings, not just whether it won compliments.

What you'll create

- Ads that convert. You'll design Meta, Google and LinkedIn creatives built to get clicks and enquiries, then iterate based on what the data says.
- Social content that stops the scroll. You'll make Instagram and LinkedIn carousels, reels covers, doctor spotlights and patient-education posts that people actually save and share.
- Landing pages and websites. You'll design high-converting pages for treatments, doctors and locations, working closely with our SEO, paid media and dev teams.
- UI/UX for web and mobile. You'll create wireframes, prototypes and clean interfaces that make booking an appointment easy, even for an anxious patient on a slow phone.
- Brand systems. You'll build and protect visual identities for our clients and for Healthus.ai, from logos and colour systems to pitch decks and brochures.
- AI-powered workflows. You'll use tools like Midjourney,



Firefly, Canva AI and Figma AI to move faster and test more ideas, while keeping a sharp human eye on quality.
- Responsible healthcare design. You'll create visuals that build trust without misleading claims, following NMC, ASCI and platform ad policies.

You'll thrive here if you
- Have 3+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows range across social, ads, web and brand work.
- Can show work that performed, such as an ad that beat its benchmark or a page that lifted conversions.
- Are fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion skills in After Effects or Premiere are a big plus.
- Understand UI/UX basics: user flows, wireframing, prototyping and mobile-first design.
- Already use AI design tools and know where they help and where they don't.
- Can take feedback from a doctor, a founder and a performance marketer on the same day and still ship on time.
- Bring healthcare, pharma or wellness experience. This is a bonus, not a must.
