About the role

You’ll head the art and design side of the agency. The work is digital-first: most of it is social and campaigns, with a handful of DVCs a year.

What you’ll do
- Set the art direction for social content, campaigns and landing pages.
- Crack concepts and visualise them, from first sketches to finished key visuals.
- Plan and review the design team’s work, and mentor them as they grow.
- Sign off on all creative before it goes out.
- Present ideas to clients and work on recent business pitches.
- Art-direct the occasional DVC, shoot or event.
- Bring AI tools into the team’s workflow.




- Shape the agency’s own brand: website, social, case studies and pitch decks.

The ideal candidate
- Coming up through art and design, not copy.
- Has led a team of around 10 for at least 2–3 years.
- A strong visualiser and conceptualiser with clean design fundamentals.
- Digital-first experience rather than mainly TVCs.
- Bonus: an art school background.
